We’ve built The Monarch to perform under daily use, whether it’s in a private home, boutique studio, or high-volume training space. Every machine is tested for strength, glide, safety, and durability before it leaves the factory — and our warranty reflects that commitment to quality.

Warranty Coverage:


5-Year Limited Warranty
Covers the aluminum rails, frame components, and all welded joints — these are the structural foundations of the machine and are backed by our long-term commitment.


2-Year Warranty
Covers hardware, carriage components, adjustable mechanisms, and the footbar system — everything that supports daily, adjustable use.


1-Year Warranty
Covers parts subject to wear and tear like ropes, straps, spring clips, comfort footbar, plastic pulleys, and spring holders. If anything arrives defective or fails under normal use, we’ll make it right.


If something goes wrong, we're not here to slow you down with fine print or red tape. We handle warranty cases personally and promptly, and assess each one with common sense and fairness.
