🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At FormFit Pilates, we take great pride in providing premium Pilates reformers built to last. Due to the size, weight, and nature of our equipment, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we do offer exceptions under certain circumstances.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

We guarantee that your reformer will arrive in perfect working condition. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will either:

  • Ship you replacement parts

  • Arrange an exchange or return, depending on the situation

All shipping and resolution costs related to damaged/defective items are fully covered by us.

📦 Change of Mind or Special Circumstances

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. However, we understand life happens — and on a case-by-case basis, we may authorize a return or partial refund depending on your situation.

If approved:

  • A restocking fee of 20–25% may apply

  • Return shipping must be covered by the customer

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

🛡 Warranty Coverage

We proudly back our products with the following manufacturer warranty:

  • 5 Years — Aluminum rails, frame components and related welding, standard gear bar and foot bar mechanisms

  • 2 Years — All other reformer components

  • 1 Year — Ropes, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley bar receptacle sleeves, comfort foot bar, spring covers, and plastic spring holders

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
